{"id":97,"date":"2004-05-04T15:26:01","date_gmt":"2004-05-04T15:26:01","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/junjan.org\/wordpress\/?p=97"},"modified":"2004-05-04T15:26:01","modified_gmt":"2004-05-04T15:26:01","slug":"mtodos_didcticos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/junjan.org\/wordpress\/2004\/05\/mtodos_didcticos\/","title":{"rendered":"M\u00e9todos did\u00e1cticos"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El peri\u00f3dico \u00ab<a href=\"http:\/\/www.latimes.com\/news\/nationworld\/iraq\/la-fg-excerpts3may03,1,7949871,print.story?coll=la-home-headlines\" title=\"Suscripci\u00f3n gratuita\">Los Angeles Times<\/a>\u00ab, ha publicado un extracto del informe del ej\u00e9rcito americano sobre los abusos en las c\u00e1rceles de Abu Ghraib y Camp Bucca, en Irak.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p> I find that the intentional abuse of detainees by military police personnel included the following acts:<br \/>\n* Punching, slapping and kicking detainees; jumping on their naked feet.<br \/>\n* Videotaping and photographing naked male and female detainees.<br \/>\n* Forcibly arranging detainees in various sexually explicit positions for photographing.<br \/>\n* Forcing detainees to remove their clothing and keeping them naked for several days at a time.<br \/>\n* Forcing naked male detainees to wear women&#8217;s underwear.<br \/>\n* Forcing groups of male detainees to masturbate themselves while being photographed and videotaped.<br \/>\n* Arranging naked male detainees in a pile and then jumping on them.<br \/>\n* Positioning a naked detainee on a box [of meals ready to eat], with a sandbag on his head, and attaching wires to his fingers, toes and penis to simulate electric torture.<br \/>\n* Writing \u00abI am a Rapest\u00bb (sic) on the leg of a detainee alleged to have forcibly raped a 15-year-old fellow detainee, and then photographing him naked.<br \/>\n* Placing a dog chain or strap around a naked detainee&#8217;s neck and having a female soldier pose for a picture.<br \/>\n* A male MP [military police] guard having sex with a female detainee.<br \/>\n* Using military working dogs (without muzzles) to intimidate and frighten detainees, and in at least one case biting and severely injuring a detainee.<br \/>\n* Taking photographs of dead Iraqi detainees.<br \/>\nIn addition, several detainees also described the following acts of abuse, which under the circumstances, I find credible based on the clarity of their statements and supporting evidence provided by other witnesses:<br \/>\n* Breaking chemical lights and pouring the phosphoric liquid on detainees.<br \/>\n* Threatening detainees with a charged 9-millimeter pistol.<br \/>\n* Pouring cold water on naked detainees.<br \/>\n* Beating detainees with a broom handle and a chair.<br \/>\n* Threatening male detainees with rape.<br \/>\n* Allowing a military police guard to stitch the wound of a detainee who was injured after being slammed against the wall in his cell.<br \/>\n* Sodomizing a detainee with a chemical light and perhaps a broomstick.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El peri\u00f3dico \u00abLos Angeles Times\u00ab, ha publicado un extracto del informe del ej\u00e9rcito americano sobre los abusos en las c\u00e1rceles de Abu Ghraib y Camp Bucca, en Irak.
